Les médias d'information traitent des questions professionnelles des secteurs privé et public. D'innombrables expressions sont véhiculées sans que l'on s'interroge sur le bien-fondé de leur utiilisation. La réalité québécoise se confon en majeure partie avec la réalité nordaméricaine, celle-ci n'étant parfois dénommée qu'en anglais. Il n'y a pas si longtemps, la plupart des documents étient traduits sans qu'il y ait eu au préalable une recherche terminologique approfondie, ce qui donnait lieu à l'implantation d'expressions souvent non justifiables. Le galimatias dans les différents textes juridiques n'apporte que de la confusion puisque chacun reprend, pour son compte, les mots avec un sens qu'il décide de leur attribuer. En outre, bon nombre d'expressions ne sont comprêhensibles qu'en territoire québécois. Leur ratification est-elle souhaitable?
