Resumen: Translation Studies presents an integrated concept based on the theory and practice of translation. Resumen: Raúl Eduardo Narváez holds the degrees of PHD in Modern Languages- Specialisation: English Language [USAL] Sworn Translator - English Language [UBA], Teacher of English [I.S.J.M A- 85].He has given lectures and also published many articles about the act of translating both in Argentina and abroad. In 1994 he was awarded, by he Association of Sworn Translators of the City of Buenos Aires, a scholarship for specialisation in translation at the University of Granada, Spain. At the University of Buenos Aires, he holds the chair of "Translation and Interpretation 1" [School of Law] and of English [School of Social Sciences].At the Teacher Training College San Agustín - A 757 he holds the position of Director of Studies.
