Resumen: Berlín huele a "historia reciente" dice la traductora Martínez en su crónica de viaje por la capital alemana, a 20 años de la caída del Muro. Las consecuencias de la división política del siglo XX se notan hasta en el idioma. El viaje también sirvió para firmar convenios con asociaciones de traductores europeas, difundir el V Congreso Latinoamericano de Trducción e Interpretación y conocer una realidad de la profesión en países tan distantes.
