Resumen: En esta charla, el docente investigador magíster Juan Luis Stamboni nos cuenta detalles sobre su tarea de investigación en el campo de la lingüística y comenta su enfoque teórico y su mirada acerca de la actualidad del habla local. Además, nos advierte con respecto a la inexactitud de las definiciones de los diccionarios, las diferencias léxico-sintácticas entre lenguas romances y sajonas, y el papel que debería tener la gramática en la educación básica en nuestro país. «Los hablantes argentinos actuales muestran vacilación respecto de la corrección de muchas de las expresiones lingüísticas que emiten [...].
