Le galimatias dans les différents textes juridiques n'apporte que de la confusion puisque chacun reprend, pour son compte, les mots avec un sens qu'il décide de leur attribuer. En outre, bon nombre d'expressions ne sont comprêhensibles qu'en territoire québécois. Leur ratification est-elle souhaitable?
